Room was nice, had all the basics minus microwave. Beds were super comfy, pillows were perfect and the space was well set up.
We got given early check in since the room was ready, which made us very happy.
Check out was easy and smooth.
The entrance is amazing, the kids loved the lego pool.
Nice Access to the theme and water park.
Brekky was nice and satisfied everyone.
The pool was nice and so was the staff there.
Check in had long waiting which was painful after hours of flight. There was only one staff behind the counters who was doing her best.
The room didn't have a microwave and the fridge didn't work properly, Was barely cold and would switch off when the room was off.
There aren't many food choices on site apart from the two restaurants and a Cafe that doesn't do much savoury snacks. Luckily the mall next door has everything needed.
For the price the room could be bigger but it was okay size.

Everything is awesome. They really care about the little ones so much so that they have tiny basin and tiny slippers for the little ones.
Price wise is a bit higher.

Convenient location, spacious rooms
The room carpets are smelly and stale. They need cleaning

The water park, theme park and sealife.
The accommodation exhibited signs of deterioration, with bathroom fixtures displaying inadequate cleanliness and poor maintenance standards. An unpleasant odor emanated from the toilet facilities. The breakfast service fell short of acceptable quality standards. Furthermore, the supplementary amenities were restricted in scope, and the culinary offerings were exceptionally substandard.
