This hotel is located near the Tokyo Sky Tree and our room had wonderful views. The staff was great, the room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is in walking distance of many things.

Location is great and Skytree room is highlight.
Staffs are friendly.
It would be great if there were a free public area with sofas.

The view was stunning. It was close to transport and conveniently located near food outlets.
The sofa bed was rock hard. There is no laundry facility at this hotel. There are coin laundry’s a short walk away but was inconvenient to use. If you are going to use the bus to Disneyland and Disneysea, book days in advance. We went to book and they told me I could get there but not back on the bus. There is a bus that leaves from the local station that takes you there but cost money. And if you get this bus back - you could end up sitting in the isle way. If you need to be at the airport before 7am you will not be able to use the free bus either. On a positive note- the Buffett breakfast is amazing. Lots of variety.
