Excellent villa and excellent owner.

build at 1880, great Historic Atmosphere.

Mesmerising and unique

This royal suite in the villa is just amazing, mesmerising and unique in its kind. The experience is even better than the photos show. The apartment offers a kitchen, bathroom, large bedroom, a larger master bedroom/working space, an even larger living space and a wonderful large terrace with spots to sit at all moments of the day. All in beautiful late 19th century architecture and inspiring interior. I had a wonderful short week there with my daughter. Parking is comfortably on the site, the train station is at 15 mins walk and I found it doable to ride a bike up the hill. The hosts are very friendly people.

Nothing negative about Villa Notre Dame. The village itself, Saint-Raphaël, was a bit of a disappointment, but from the villa we could make great trips to the entire Côte d'Azur, by train or car.

Very disappointing! If we had more space we could say a lot more of our unpleasant experience!

The beautiful French Riveria and Provence.

Payment for property was required before arrival, upon arrival a 500 Euros security deposit was required.Sent her copy of security deposit on their booking. She kept requesting money and I told her I needed instructions or I would pay when I arrived by PayPal or cash. It was an uncomfortable situation before we even arrived, when we did I offered cash she wanted PayPal followed her instructions.Next morning I receive email stating she did not get her money from PayPal yet and if she did not receive by 5:00 PM she expected 500 Euros in cash.I was very angry and she is in apartment above us, I told her I would not give her anymore money and this was her process.Another email saying no deposit received, I replied, I had no idea how to collect for her.I went on my account and it said unclaimed. At this point my husband wants me to take photos and videos of everything, he does not think we will get our deposit back.I did not think that on our vacation I would be taking over 200 photos and videos of apartment we were rented to protect ourselves. We were made to feel very uncomfortable about her possessions-told her if she felt she needed to inspect each day do so!Apartment-felt so uncomfortable that we were afraid to use anything. Kitchen was clean, but no table or chairs.Apartment was large, but not a lot of usable space. We had a nice washing machine, which we wanted as we were traveling for awhile, what we did not expect to do was laundry at apartment-we received 3 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 5 kitchen towels that took 2 days to dry after laundering. We had such an uncomfortable situation with management we did not wish to speak to to ask for anything. We received 3 rolls of toilet paper so we bought our own.WiFi was only available in living room.Apartment walls and doors need to be cleaned and whole place needs painted.I have a file of emails, photos and videos of an unpleasant stay, should anyone want to see.
