Could arrange a driver from the hotel to pick us up from Rome termini which made everything so much easier. Also easy to organise transfer to airport the next day. Hotel didn't mind us spending a few hrs in their lounge area after we'd checked out. There is also and outside area that was very pleasant. Close to a number of restaurants.

Comfortable room, clean quiet. Staff do their job but not friendly or welcoming.
Breakfast is a failure on all aspects: no freshness, bad bread quality and no variety of products.
You don't get the value of what you pay for.
