Vriendelijke ontvangst, grote kamer, goed bed, heel netjes, verzorgd ontbijt, veilige fietsenstalling, mooi gebouw met fraai interieur, dicht bij de markt.
Het venster op de slaapkamer bevond zich (te) hoog, zodat je niet naar buiten kon kijken. Dat vonden we spijtig.

Prachtige rustige locatie, zeer vriendelijke gastvrije en alerte ontvangst.
Mooie omgeving, er was een schitterend en hardnekkig fluitend roodborstje in de bomen!
Je mag je fietsen in de garage zetten en je kunt ze er laden. Met een beetje inschikken zijn er 4 parkeerplaatsen voor de deur (voor 5 appartementen).
Na het binnenkomen via het hek is er een beperkte voorhof en een statige voordeur. De begane grond heeft de ontbijtruimte (goed ontbijt, gezellig met zijn allen aan een grote tafel) maar je kunt er ook in de avond zitten. Er is de toegang tot de bijzonder grote kloostertuin (met overdekte zitplaatsen).
Wij hadden 2 hoge kamers op de 2e verdieping, wel erg hoge ramenar je niet door naar beneden kon kijken.
Goed bed, alles zeer ruim, schoon, airco, nette verlichting voor de nacht - best wel bijzonder, stil koelkastje met drankjes en witte wijn, op de gezamenlijke overloop waterkoker, rode wijn flesjes en meer handdoeken.
Alles bijzonder gastvrij en royaal ingericht.
Zeer dicht bij het centrum met een tiental top restaurants.
Niets hoor, let wel de trappen. Ze zijn niet stijl maar van de 1e naar de 2e ligt er tapijt op en van de 2e naar de 3e is het nogal een eind. Voor ons (68 en 70 jaar) was het geen probleem maar ik kan me voorstellen als je slecht ter been bent dat het wat lastig is.

We loved the historic beauty of the building, especially the authentic staircase. The living room provided a lovely and comfortable setting for breakfast, which was delicious and high-quality. The hotel's location is a significant plus, as it's close to the city center and just steps away from several excellent restaurants offering a memorable culinary experience.
The suite, while spacious at 100 m2, felt notably sparse and under-furnished. Having specifically booked the suite for an enhanced experience, the minimal decor was disappointing and failed to evoke any of the expected monastic ambiance. The bedroom itself, occupying only 20 m2 of the total area, felt tucked away rather than serving as the master bedroom one would anticipate in a suite of this size. Furthermore, the bedding was inadequate: instead of a proper queen/king-size bed, the room featured two single beds pushed together.
