It's a pretty good hotel and near major attactions. Lots of eateries nearby. Pretty clean and well maintained. Also pretty new or recently renovated. Staff are very good and very friendly and helpful. The price for the facility is very reasonable.
There is no lift and rooms are pretty small.

The staff were incredibly helpful and respectful! They made us feel very welcome. They offered us a map with personalised suggestions.
The hotel suffered a cut in electricity in the first night, the staff tried to be attentive, besides that, nothing relevant to point out.

Staff were really friendly, room was good for one night, bed was decently comfortable.
The room overall was very cramped especially the bathroom as the sink was practically right above the toilet. The safe wasn’t bolted down and the patio door didn’t lock so we didn’t feel safe leaving anything important behind in the room.

Meh
It was too cold.
Duvet was very small.
Bidet was not functional properly.
