Property is good but staff attitudes nedds to be changed. They are not providing a welcome atmosphere for guest.

My stay at Hilton Garden inn Samarkand was an excellent experience. I booked a room with two separate beds even though I'm a solo traveller. Room was spacious and clean, all amenities were available. The area around the hotel is safe, quite and walkable. The check in and check out process was smooth. Staff were excellent and helped me arrange for a trip back to Tashkent airport.
