Everything! A really great hotel. Value for money is excellent, friendly team, spacious room, great shower, amenities are above and beyond. Loved my stay.

The hotel has a wonderful, cozy, and homelike atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. The room was lovely and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!
The room was a little smaller than I expected, but otherwise everything was wonderful.

We really loved our staying at this hotel. The room (Havana) was spacious and well equipped. We were traveling with small baby and the hotel perfectly accommodated us. It surprised us that we could choose beforehand a pillow type or scent of cosmetics.
Breakfast was delicious (the French toasts were exceptional). The stuff was great. The receptionists were friendly and polite. The lady serving breakfast was doing great job - I was impressed by her work efficiency and politeness.
