Very cozy reading room
Beautiful grounds & outdoor space
Located conveniently close to the town and train station, within walking distance but still secluded enough to be quiet & feel like a getaway
Walking distance to the nearby river walk and dam

Staff: from check-in, to breakfast, to dheck-out - all were friendly and helpful.
It was lovely having our own front-door in the courtyard.
Great, quiet location, and just a short walk into Pitlochry.
Loved the complimentary dram :)
We'll be back.

Good location and comfortable, modern and up to date with tech. The staff were brilliant very accommodating and informative, especially Alyx at breakfast. We would definitely stay again ( get room 14 or 15) and highly recommend it to our friends.
Nothing but if I had to pick something it would have been the squeaky floor boards
