Food was great, sea was also nice, beach clouded but plenty of sun beds.
Outside bars were not doing pretty common cocktails, only 2 very similar and really bed options. Also, on the 22/09 in the morning, at the reception desk there were 2 really rude ladies. They need some training.

People are smoking in the rooms and you can feel sometimes cigarettes smell in the corridor and im the room

Great hotel, amazing staff ( especially Astra, she was amazing, always welcoming us with a huge smile, it was so clear that she loves what she is doing). Food with huge variety and taste. We stayed in a family room and it was decent size. The pool, slides, hamam, sauna, beach, entertainment, Patisserie everything was great. We had a great family holiday.
The bathrooms need some renovation. I would prefer harder bed, not soft ones.

- Good access to the pools, with some of them being heated.
- The beach is beautiful, with easy and convenient access to the sea and into the water.
- A big plus for the beach bars and snack bars, and availability.
- The food is tasty and there is a great variety of options.
- The rooms are spacious.
- There are plenty of attractions and activities for children.
- The overall facilities and surroundings are very nice, especially the beach area.
We would come back for sure.
Overall, we enjoyedour stay, but there is a room for improvement. Especially for a 5 star hotel:
- We had a very poor experience with the restaurant booking process. Despite sending several reminders and asking for our reservation to be arranged, it turned out that the reservation had not been made. What was particularly inappropriate was being told by a member of staff that I might be nervous because I was hungry, rather than because our reservation had still not been arranged. I would never expect this level of unprofessionalism from a five-star hotel. In addition, Tamara, one of the service managers, handled the situation very poorly and did not make us feel properly supported.
- The staff speaks really bad English, sometimes not at all.
- It is disappointing that many of the facilities/attractions are closed from 12:00 to 14:00, and that they are all closed at the same time. This is especially inconvenient when travelling with small children. Since most facilities only open at 10:00, there are only two hours available to enjoy them before the break.
- The buffet restaurant is often extremely crowded at dinner time, and it can be difficult to find a table. The tables are also quite small, while used plates are not cleared regularly by the staff. This makes the dining experience uncomfortable, as guests sometimes have to move or carry plates themselves just to create enough space.
