Pretty much the perfect location, right on the boundary where districts 5,6 and 7 meet. Pretty much everything worth seeing is walkable, and you're across the street from the main transport nexus if you want to go a bit further.
Entry to the apartment was a little complicated. The elevator was out of service so I had to climb stairs, then I identified the wrong door and spent a while trying to open somebody else's key safe before realising my mistake.

Amazing location and clean place!

The apartment was so close to all kind of public transport, there was the elevator in the building, in the apartment there was all the essential equipment for your staying.
The area is really noisy but closing the window you don’t hear much, quite small for 4 people, there wasn’t a nice window in the bathroom, there wasn’t paper in the kitchen. But this are just some details that won’t affect your trip.

Great position. Easy check-in. Straightforward communication with the staff.
The main entrance to the building was always left open during the day. As a result, the trash bins in the entrance appeared to have been rummaged through, leaving rubbish scattered all over the ground for an entire day. This was particularly unpleasant as the bins were located right next to the entrance to our ground-floor apartment. I understand this is not the staff’s responsibility, but since there are other apartments managed by LA there, I expect they should do more to fix the problem, which seems to be frequent from past reviews. I informed the staff about this during my stay, but they replied that I had not booked a hotel, which I did not find very polite.
