Hotel management - as Empire now managed by 4 different management. Quite an hassle. The lift most all time having problems. This is so hassle for 1st timer. They need to ensure cleanliness also.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near the mall, and we could easily walk down to find many food choices. Overall, it was worth the price paid.

Nothing major, but there is still room for improvement in some areas.
