Close to International Airport.
Great amenities and lovely staff
They did not appear to validate door keys. Twice I had to visit reception to have mine revalidated.
Communication between staff/save information re bookings appeared to be lacking.
For eg. The night before I booked a Hotel shuttle bus ride to the airport at 04.30. When I arrived at reception to use the service they appeared confused and couldn’t find the booking.

The reception staff, were very accommodating, we arrived very early , but nothing was too much trouble, upgrading our room for us , and allowed us to check in hours before we should. Pasha bar was our favourite, the staff were very welcoming ( one of them doing a spot of first aid on my husband) again they couldn't do enough for you and the nibbles they gave you ( free ) was a lovely gesture. The food here was great also. ( sorry we didn't manage to get names but they were all brilliant).

The location is great, as are the cleaning staff.
I stayed one night the week before and had such a good experience I decided to return, but unfortunately didn't have the same experience at all.
Check in was delayed and complicated. I was first given a key that didn't work, then another which also didn't work, then a different room which hadn't been cleaned, then another room with no key until 'IT' were available several hours later.
Service in the top floor restaurant/bar is very poor. At times I waited 15mins before anyone approached me, so I left. Other times my food never arrived, with no apology.
Despite communicating this to several staff members and managers, nothing at all was offered to rectify this.
