Spa area, friendly staff, dog-friendly, cosy rooms.
The mattress was really uncomfortable and the spa area/bathroom was not very clean. There were no drinks available in the spa area, but you could call reception — if only the phone had worked! The hotel floor creaks very loudly, so if your neighbour walks back and forth or goes to the toilet a lot at night, you can hear it.
