The old city location was excellent. The roof top terrace for evening drinks and breakfast was stunning.
Parking garage was very difficult to negotiate with a large 4x4. The dining room (which we didn’t use) was vast, empty and soulless.

We booked a suite which turned out to be 2 rooms joined together so lots of space. Parked our motorbikes in the underground parking. Well situated for exploring Piacenza. Quiet and comfortable.
The rooftop restaurant was closed for renovation but they told us that when we booked. It must have a lovely view when it's open.

Super nice everything.

The location was fine
I accept we were staying on the Sunday of a long weekend, but the staff could not have been more disengaged or uninterested. And €30 for a large gin and tonic and a double espresso is daylight robbery
