We had rented a sea-view unit, and the view was great! The room was clean and well equipped (although no hair-dryer!). Check-in was easy and handled at the reception area for the rental complex. Parking was on site via stairs. The town itself is a 10 walk (the harbor is 25-30 minutes and is very hilly!). The walk is mostly well lit at night, but a flashlight helps for the small section that isn't.
The bonus for us was the adorable ginger cat who would visit our unit each day. Apparently, he has adopted the "Roc" and they feed and look after him.
A hair dryer!
