Our train from Paris was delayed 1.5 hrs so we didn't get in until midnight. Staff were very cheerful, helpful and efficient in getting us to our room promptly. We've been here a few times before and enjoyed it - this time waa no different. The rooms are a good size, excellent showers, comfortable bed and excellent breakfast!

The location is good, on the tram route and near Gare SNCF (north side). The hotel has a modern feel. The room was quiet and comfortable. Good WiFi, Shower and a very good breakfast.
More storage space would have been good.

No kettle for hot drinks, no iron available in the room. Drinks in mini bar cost three times market value.
No kettle for hot drinks nor iron in room. Breakfast was poor. Not hot breakfast served

"great breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. We booked a standard room but ended up with a family room with a balcony which was a very pleasant surprise!"
