I have stayed at this hotel almost every time I have visited China, which is why I was particularly disappointed with my experience this time. The overall quality of the facilities, room size, accommodation, and restaurant service has declined significantly. The restaurant staff struggled to understand English and often failed to listen carefully to guests' requests, resulting in a frustrating dining experience. Honestly, based on my experience this time, I no longer feel that this hotel deserves its five-star status. The quality of service and accommodation simply does not justify the high price. It is disappointing to see such a decline in a hotel I have trusted and regularly chosen during my visits to China. I sincerely hope the management takes these concerns seriously and works to restore the standards expected of a five-star hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel almost every time I have visited China, but unfortunately, my experience during this 10-day stay was very disappointing. 1. Unfair Check-in/Check-out Policy: I arrived at 4:30 AM after a long journey. The hotel demanded a full day's payment for early check-in but offered a half-day rate if I waited until 6:00 AM. However, when I asked about checking out at 9:00 PM for my 3:00 AM flight, they demanded a full day's charge of over RMB 850, as the half-day option ended at 4:00 PM. This inconsistent policy is unfair to guests. 2. Failure to Respect Religious Dietary Requirements: As a Muslim, I do not eat pork. Despite clearly explaining my requirements and showing the restaurant staff which ingredients to use, they served me eggs containing pork on two occasions during my 10-day stay. This is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of attention to guests' religious needs. The room size, facilities, accommodation quality, and restaurant service were also disappointing. The staff often struggled to understand English and listen carefully. Having trusted this hotel for years, I am deeply disappointed. In my opinion, it no longer meets the standards of a five-star hotel, and the price is simply not justified by the quality of service.
