food was good (variety) , it’s a different dishes of chicken pork fish & beef everyday.
There was a LoT of food all day ,
The rooms where cleaned & stocked everyday ,
The beach cleared of seaweed every morning .
There was a very good ambiance, especially by the main pool with the swim up bar with burgers & hot dogs severed at lunch time .
Pool table , hammock’s & water sports .
Nice little gym
Jets skies and speed boats next door .
Over all a very nice place .
Really small beach ,
Bars open late 11 & 12 in the morning and closes super early in the evening.
Staff Aren’t to friendly ( you do get a few that’s really nice but for the most , not so friendly)

The hotel is spotlessly clean, it’s small but that means the staff recognise you quickly and are very accommodating. The food is lovely, some elements are typical all inclusive but the Mexican night and al a cart restaurants are just lovely. The drinks were great and the pool and beach beautiful. We got on the bus a couple of times which is 12 pesos and stops right outside the hotel.

The food was a real positive, with a great variety of options available and something to suit everyone. The drinks were also good, and the staff were consistently friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The all-inclusive offering was enjoyable, and we appreciated the choice of food and drinks available.
Unfortunately, the hotel itself felt quite dated and in need of some investment and modernisation. The rooms in particular could benefit from redecorating, and we noticed mould in several areas, which was disappointing and took away from the overall experience.
The location was also a downside. The hotel isn’t really within comfortable walking distance of Cancún’s main tourist areas, meaning you’re reliant on taxis or Ubers if you want to explore, visit shops or enjoy the nightlife.
Although the food, drinks and staff were all good, the general condition of the hotel and its facilities let the experience down. With some refurbishment and better attention to room maintenance, it could be a much more enjoyable place to stay.
