The breakfast was excellent and the service was quick. The staff on reception were very friendly which always gives an important first view of the hotel.

The breakfast was excellent. So nice to have a cooked breakfast cooked to order.
The tea bags weren't replenished after the first night

The location is fantastic, with plenty of cafés, restaurants and shops nearby, and Oxford Street is only a 30-minute walk away.
The room was small but clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable.
My only complaints concern the breakfast. There is only one hot breakfast option, the full English. I specifically ordered eggs on toast with beans, but received just eggs on toast. I was the only guest having breakfast at the time, so it’s difficult to understand how such a simple order could be wrong.
The breakfast room could also benefit from some background music to create a more pleasant atmosphere and drown out the loud shouting in Polish from the kitchen staff.
Overall, the location and room were good, but the breakfast service and atmosphere definitely need improvement.
Breakfast- no choice , and the staff need to shout less in the kitchen

Excellent location and quiet room with comfy bed
Very cramped and did not really feel like 4* luxury.
Seemed expensive
