I love art deco.
It was all tip top and spotless.

We had a good and pleasant stay for 2 nights in an accessible room. The actual room was pretty small to manouvre around in a large wheelchair with although the bathroom was pretty roomy and had a shower seat. The bed was comfy enough to sleep in and there was room to hang clothes if needed. Staff were very attentive and helpful.
I was made aware before coming to stay that there were steps into the main entrance and that a wheelchair ramp would be put out which it was on arrival. Unfortunately as my wheelchair is a bit wider than a normal sized one I could not safely use the ramp as it wasn't wide enough which meant using my crutches to get up the steps and in.

A lovely property with a conference centre and hotel together, very handy for attending an event. Quite close to town as well so easily walkable.
I felt the room was overpriced. I've had better chain hotel rooms for less money, though I did book almost last minute as another private booking cancelled on me at short notice.

Clean
Room was freezing cold heating only came on at 6pm for a little while. Come home ill due to being cold.
Hole in towel
Shower could do with a thorough clean on grouting at the bottom.
Was a deluxe room but was so small and wouldn’t call it deluxe. Been in far better for less money
Dissapointed
