We booked a Superior Twin room for 3 nights, so the room size was larger than a Standard room. Room was on 4th floor away from elevators and Stairs, and was very quiet considering the closeness to Brussels Airport. Staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were firm and very comfortable. The included breakfast buffet was huge with lots of options. We ate dinner at the hotel and the quality and quantity was very good. When we checked-in we reserved seats on the hotels airport shuttle for 2 days later. We also requested Breakast To-Go for our Check-out date, because the shuttle to the airport was at 3:30 am. The hotel is an easy 6-10 walk to the Diegem Train Station, so it was an easy 15 min. Train ride to Brussels Centrale station to see the sights.
Upon entering our room, we noticed the carpeting needed to be vacuumed. We were tired from our travels, so we requested the floor to be cleaned the next day; and is was.

Cute room for an individual person. Price was also good.
The sheet was just the top sheet. Came completely off by the time I woke up.

Close to the airport
I was provided a room that was separated from another room by a door which I did not like it at all. I asked the Reception to change my room which they did not do it and there no information during the booking about such room. I found this not appropriate
