Slow service
Nice welcome, great location for airport

The family room was large with good quality beds. One of our party lost an item of jewellery, I emailed and two staff members searched the relevant room. The item was located and kept in the safe until we returned, a week later.
The restaurant took quite a time to bring our food. However it was good when it did arrive. The staff were very pleasant.

Close to airport had taxi from airport to hotel and a brisk walk to collect car in the morning from car park 2..
Very friendly helpful staff at hotel.

Pool table room. Location
Breakfast cold and over cooked.
Bed moved around when you moved
Lack of electrical points next to bedside
Headboard hard
Booked multiple rooms, when asked if any 3 bed rooms available told none available and had to pay for 1 person in a room (5 in group). Then upon arrival given 3 bedroom room, seemed like rubbing salt in wound and we paid £140.40 for a room we didn’t really need.
Waitress at breakfast customer service needs improvement, and came across sarcastic.
