Staff food and room were all amazing!

Breakfast had many choices - great. Coffee was good. Loved the bread and butter. I loved that I could control the temperature of my room. I like it cold when I sleep - great!
Facility was older and a little run down. The stairs leading to the pool had several cigarette buds I had to walk on. I didn’t see a butt can.

The service was by far the best I have experienced in Israel. Beginning with Malak at the front desk, who could not have been more caring and polite and pleasant - even inviting us to enjoy a free dinner in the dining room when we arrived - to the managers, like Avshalom, who called me each day to make sure our stay was satisfactory, and sent fruit plates and wine to our room to celebrate two years together, and gave us vouchers for drinks and cake and ice cream, The food was excellent and plentiful. The patio overlooking the Kinneret is magical. The hotel is well staffed. Everyone we dealt with went out of their way to make us comfortable and to feel welcome. An experience we hope to repeat, especially next year when we celebrate three years together.

our room was clean and comfortable.
The restaurant was not very sanitary. Dishes had old food on them that had not been cleaned off. Stations were messy.
