We had a lovely stay at Hotel Jacobs in Bruges. The hotel was cosy, clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient for exploring the beautiful city centre on foot. It’s in a quieter area, which we really appreciated after a long day of sightseeing.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was also a good choice for us travelling with our young daughter. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Hotel Jacobs to anyone visiting Bruges.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, great location, delicious breakfast
Noise in the hallway, one time late at night (2am). Someone yelling that woke both my husband and myself up

It was a last minute booking. Great room, very spacious & big bathroom. Quiet area of the city & only a 15 minute stroll to the main square. Breakfast good too.

The hotel and location was really amazing. But i had an accident inside the hotel and I being alone I was not assisted by them at all.
During my stay, i fell from 2 steps INSIDE THE HOTEL, breaking my ankle, and the receptionist was not willing to help me. I understand it was already late in the evening, but as soon as I fell I jumped to the reception and asked for ice. They looked and said: no, we don’t have. But, knowing I was Alone, and looking at the state of my ankle, they didn’t offered me any help at all, nor helped me get back to my room, which I have to go jumping on my own, as I could. I felt very disappointed and could have used some more assistance in this situation. This is why my rate is low.
