Really nice location just beside the beach, and a bus stop close to the hotel, so it was easy to visit Chania. We were travelling with teenagers, and the room (junior suite with beautiful sea view) was clean and spacious. We had separate bedroom, and the kids had own beds in the living room. A big nice balcony with stunnig view. Good breakfast, clean hotel, two different pool areas. Friendly staff.
If you have food allergies, you have to be carefull with cross contamination. For example we got gluteinfree pancakes, but my son realised those were fried in the same place like normal pancakes (without cleaning the pan between)
So he couldn’t eat those.

We had a wonderful stay at Iolidas Hotel. Our room was spacious, spotless and very comfortable, and having our own jacuzzi was a real treat. The pool was another highlight and a lovely place to relax. Breakfast was awesome, with a great variety to choose from every morning. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always happy to help. The location is excellent, with restaurants, shops and the beach at our door step. Great value for money too. We'd gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Crete!

The location was great.
The room had a couch and a rollaway for the kids and a seperate room with a queen bed for us.
Bathroom had a walk in shower.
I had to ask reception for the safe key.
All inclusive package food and alcohol.
Pools were great. The one on the beach side always windy.
It was on the main street so you could walk to the local shops and restaurants.
Easy to get around.

I like the breakfast, the pool and the fact that was by the beach.
The hotel is crossed by a main road, there’s traffic, for the kids it’s not great because it’s open. There’s a bridge but kids still need supervision. The breakfast was good but the beverages (juice, coffee, etc.) were not good!
