I have no complaints and would certainly go again
When I phoned,I told them I was 88 years old and we were celebrating 56 years of married life I requested floral leaves on my bed and a bottle of wine, which I was prepared to pay.We were given a room up 2 or 3 flights of stairs.I complained.

Beautiful area and buildings
The room was supposed to have a view. It had none. The blinds in the room didn’t work properly and the blockout blinds are hanging too far from wall. Bright lights outside room were bothersome. Bed very uncomfortable. Tv very small and not usable from bed. Picture quality of tv very bad. Had to shift the bath myself because the tap ran onto the edge of the bath and not into it.
