Great location, modern bathroom, great facilities, very comfortable. Great communication from owner.
Not a criticism, more an important point, parking is quite tight for a larger vehicle - passengers need to get out of vehicle prior to parking and driver needs to reverse park car and stop at point of veranda in order to open door to get out.

We try to stay at Kilparney House whenever we visit Benalla. It is absolutely superb - so homely with everything we need.
Nothing - will return again!

Beautiful, well appointed period home.
Bathroom is very nice. Shower is good too.
The house could use a good, deeper, clean. Cobwebs in the corner of the bedroom, kitchen window was very dirty and full of cobwebs, the dish drainer was very grubby.
No WiFi. The owner said it went down last week and the repair person postponed the appointment. First, it was going to be fixed the following Friday then on the next message it was Thursday. After we’d left of course. No modem or internet cabling was found when we looked around. Disappointed.
Television is quite small.
