The location was excellent, within walking distance from restaurants, shops and all the main attractions. Great amenities in the room, the staff was very polite and helpful. Would stay again.
A bit noisy if you had a window open, since it is located on a busy road.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was modern, very clean, spacious and comfortable. Everything was well organized and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay in Düsseldorf. We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it! 😊

The staff was very nice and helpfull, the location is in the "new" centre which is less nice than the old centre. But it is easy to get to.
The room was not cleaned properly, the kitchen was empty and the curtains where broken...I fixed a part of the curtains myself...
