Shocking
Honestly, I don’t think there would be enough characters to write about our stay at this villa. From start to finish it was a mess. They promised we could check in early, when we arrived to the property they took back this promise and Instead told us to leave our luggage in a cupboard outside the property which was full of paint! Towards the end of our stay they also asked if they could come to the property to do pool maintenance. We said no as it was a busy day for us & we were trying to pack up to go home. The following day, I woke up to someone taking photos of me in my room!!!!!! Straight away I got up and asked the lady what on earth she was doing! She said they were doing maintenance - the pool is on a completely different level to where I was staying!!!! I messaged them continuously asking why on earth they 1.) came into the property when we said no 2.) took photos of me asleep/in a place of privacy? 3.) were on the same floor as the bedrooms and not the pool?
They had no excuse other than the fact they were doing general cleaning… & apparently take photos after every clean. Nothing had moved? Rubbish bags full, dirty towels to be taken. But none of this was done? So what exactly were they taking photos of me in bed for? Thank God I woke up!
Shockingly this is actually a very minimised summary of our stay here. There were many other things that really disappointed us. We tried not to let it ruin our time in Thailand, it is a beautiful place full of beautiful people! But the property & owners completely let us down. Would NOT recommend.
Yes… that is a poor gecko/lizard dead and taped down on the bed frame in one of the rooms. Nice.
