Both the location and Collection O Shah Alam Formerly Hotel SMC Seksyen 13 felt very secure. The area had good street lighting, and the hotel's additional security layers made solo travel worry-free.

We had a cheerful stay at Collection O Shah Alam Formerly SMC Alam Avenue. The bed was soft, the shower was strong and hot, and the reception team was quick to fix a small issue with our lights.

From check in to check out the staff were kind and attentive. The room was cozy with a comfy bed, a small work desk and a lovely view of the garden.

Location
1. Piped water not strong
2. No internet
3. Only one tv channel
4. Price, compare to what you get is slightly pricey. Room price should below RM 100 to be fair to consumer
5. If you are here during weekday, well you will pay quite sum of parking charges
