Ferienunterkünfte mit unerkanntem Potenzial
Die Lage.
Schlafempore garkeine Fenster/Belüftung viel zu warm und das bei schlechtem Wetter. Deckenventilator war überflüssig und brachte nichts. Im Bad gibt es garkein Fenster. Die Fenster im Wohnzimmer konnte man nur unten mit einer Tür öffnen. Bei Wind und Regen ⛈️ ☔️ war dies nicht zu empfehlen, weil es Schlagseite ist und die Sofagarnitur die davor steht nass geworden wäre. Die Oberlichter sind garnicht zu öffnen. Bei Wind und gekippten Fenstern schlugen die Schiebevorhänge an die Wände links und rechts. Plissees wären hier sinnvoller gewesen. Aufgrund der fehlenden Fenster und Belüftung haben wir vom Kochen abgesehen, da der Kochdunst nach oben zur Schlafempore gezogen wäre. Die Empore hat 4 Schlafplätze absolut zu warm undenkbar für 4 Personen. Bei heißem Wetter wäre ein schlafen dort garnicht möglich gewesen. Das Fenster im unteren Schlafzimmer ließ sich nur einen Spalt weit öffnen und bei Regen nicht möglich. Die Küche war hochwertig und es fehlte an nichts. Die Hygiene im Kühlschrank war stellenweise schlecht und der Abfluss hat gerochen. Die Terrasse war schön und das Grundstück ist groß. Es ist mit einer großen Hecke eingerahmt, sodass man Kinder oder Haustiere laufen lassen kann. Die Terrassenmöbel könnten mal gestrichen werden alles ziemlich verwittert. Die Wohnung hat Potential aber für 6 Personen aufgrund des kleinen Bads 🛁 und der schlechten Belüftung nicht geeignet. Es gibt eine große Garage wo man die Fahrräder abstellen kann. Lebensmittelgeschäft Edeka/Aldi/Bäcker alles fußläufig in 3 Minuten erreichbar. Wenn es aufgrund des Reetdachs nicht möglich ist Fenster in der oberen Etage anzubringen wäre eine Klimaanlage vielleicht die Lösung. Wenn diese Mängel beseitigt sind ist es eine schöne Ferienunterkunft die man weiterempfehlen könnte. Ansonsten hat uns SPO sehr gut gefallen.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, besser geht immer.Wir kommen gern wieder. Im Haus kann man sehr gut den Urlaub verbringen.
Die Betten , ob Oben oder Unten, bräuchten einen Fachmann (Reparatur). Der Staubsauger war nicht in Ordnung.
