Location and building
A chain hotel and not very individual
Same size and quality of towels as a 2* hotel in the same chain as I had to stay in the night before
Reception didn’t call me as promised when the room was ready and no help with luggage

Staff was not what you would expect from a 5 stars hotel. Not greetings. Not welcome.
Parking +40CHF which is outrageous being Warsaw.
This is not a 5 stars hotel. It can barely make it to 4 stars if you rate the service.
Totally overpriced and a disappointment.
