The lobby is very big and bright
While Waiting for grab outside, there is not even one seat available for the elderly to sit and wait. Your seat/waiting area inside the lobby was way back at the end corner. The deco at lobby should be more impressive rather than just plain simple and empty.

The room, the pool, the kids play room and the restaurant. All nice and good.👍🏻
Covered parking is quite a distance from the hotel but still ok if manage to catch the buggy. No grocery shop in the hotel. The in room snacks seems to be very limited now as compared to my last stay in 2023.

It’s in the middle of everything!
It was really busy. Too busy. Many big groups in one weekend.

The staff were very courteous and helpful. The location is a bit remote (nothing in walking distance) but everything you need is right on site. The pool is great and the food is quite nice.
Despite paying a security deposit on check in, the room service staff would not allow us to charge anything, and insisted everything be paid for when they delivered.
