Extremely Disappointing Stay – Absolutely Not Worth the Price

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Absolutely Not Worth the Price This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. I booked three rooms for my stay, and considering the extremely high price we paid, the quality of the accommodation and service was completely unacceptable. 1. Small, dirty rooms and outdated furniture The rooms were cramped, not properly clean, and furnished with old, worn-out furniture. The overall condition of the accommodation was far below what I would expect for the price charged. It was extremely disappointing and certainly not worth the money. 2. Extremely overpriced for the quality provided We booked three rooms, which meant a significant amount of money was spent on this stay. Unfortunately, the accommodation did not come close to meeting reasonable expectations. Guests should not have to pay premium prices for rooms that are poorly maintained and uncomfortable. 3. A three-hour nightmare just to get through the door The door access system was a complete disaster. The entry code failed with an error, and I was left waiting for approximately three hours just to get into the property. This is completely unacceptable. Guests should never be left stranded outside because of a faulty access system. The inconvenience, frustration, and wasted time were simply outrageous. The management needs to take full responsibility for this failure. 4. Constant noise throughout the night – impossible to sleep My room was located in what felt like a basement area, directly affected by noise from people walking up and down the stairs. I could hear footsteps throughout the night and was unable to get proper sleep. The noise was so disruptive that the room felt completely unsuitable for a comfortable night’s rest. Anyone staying on the floors above could also be affected by the constant noise. A place to stay should provide basic cleanliness, comfort, security, and a reasonable night’s sleep.

This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. I booked three rooms for my stay, and considering the extremely high price we paid, the quality of the accommodation and service was completely unacceptable.

Pleasant and very central

Location,, 5 mins walk to Earls Court Tube

TV didn't work,, couldn't connect to WIFI and rhe control didn't give access to settings to get WIFI. Shower was blocked and water rose in tray, some foreign hair appeared when the water eventually emptied. Main door access box was awkward to use. Its was electronic and kept saying error. Took a good few go's to get in.
