This property is .5 miles to the beach and 1 mile to downtown with the summer trolley stop one house away. This new to market rental includes fully appointed modern beach decor with updated amenities and year-round accommodations. Enjoy the gas fireplace for those cool nights or come in the summer/fall to enjoy the sunny days on the brand-new outside deck and outside shower. Prime location in Ogunquit which is close to restaurants and the coveted Footbridge Beach are in walking distance. I’ve been coming here for 22 years and counting! The whole area of Larry’s Lodge is wonderful! Lisa’s cottage was perfect and I intent to stay at her place again!

We had a fantastic weekend. The house was immaculate and had wonderful amenities including a fully stocked kitchen, fluffy towels for all of us etc. beds were comfortable and the location was central to all we wanted to do. (Prelude, Ogunquit, York). Highly recommend and would definitely go back.
