The conversion of this apartment is superb. The use of steel girders, the mouldings, the choice of furniture and lighting shows great design.
The apartment is near a big supermarket, and walking to the centre and beach is possible, but you need to like walking.
Good and clear instructions on entering and leaving the apartment.
Sadly, this great apartment is suffering from not being looked after. Not given the love someone once did in creating this space. If the owner took half a day to fix small the things,( wires hanging out, cover exposed pipes, sort out messy overfilled drawers and maybe put some " charm" back on the balcony) this wonderful flat would get the full praise it deserves.
The flat managing people were great at instant response, but not with follow through. The oven was mal functioning, and yes we got some swift responses, but the oven remained unworking.

Great location, spacious apartment and good match of industrial with contemporary interior.
They say parking is included but in reality the parking spot was impossible to use. It's only suitable for small cars so I had to use the paid local blue zone for BGN16 per day. I asked for compensation due to false advertising but they rejected to cover for my blue zone expenses multiple times. Fortunately, I was there for 3 nights only but had I stayed longer this would have been a very costly experience.
