Weird but likeable hotel with a rock/pop theme. Our apartment was comfortable and well equipped. Good, central location and generally helpful staff (but see below). Felt safe in spite of some rioting not so far away from us!
Our only complaint was the lamentable service in the restaurant for dinner. They served our food to other customers - who actually ate it! We then had to wait for ages for ours to be cooked again. Management just shrugged their shoulders.
Food was good when it eventually arrived.

The location was quite good
The stuff was not that knowledgeable when it came to the directions to the hotel and more importantly how to handle the EV charging station

Property was fab and food was lovely
Through no fault of their own our stay was blighted by an armed man on the loose in the street when we arrived so the police had shut the area down!!! However the carpark for the hotel is only 1m95 high so if like us you have an SUV with a roof box parking is hard - we were directed to a carpark near the station but this was also too short! Best place to park was the museum carpark and 2m45 height restrictions and much closer to the hotel.
