About this apartment rental
A uniquely child-friendly and light-filled accommodation featuring a box-spring bed, a sleeper sofa, and terraces. Look forward to a one-of-a-kind experience with spectacular skylights. You can gaze at the starry sky and the clouds from your bed, the living room, and even the bathroom. Our accommodations are the one-of-a-kind penthouse of a two-family home in a new development that was just completed in April 2022. The interior design is correspondingly new and modern. After ascending the staircase to the apartment’s separate entryway, you’ll find yourself in the spacious living, dining, and kitchen area. Particularly noteworthy are the large floor-to-ceiling windows leading out to the south-facing terrace, as well as the impressive skylights that flood the rooms with light but can also be electronically darkened at any time.
Our two-family home was created with many unique ideas, and we now rent out part of it, hoping to offer all travel enthusiasts an interesting and special travel experience. Since we live on the two floors below, we’re always available to address your needs and are happy to provide additional items for daily use.
The accommodations are located in the western part of Kassel and is therefore close to the famous Bergpark. It takes just 10 minutes to reach the park by car and 18 minutes by bike. On a clear day, you can see the Hercules statue from the penthouse terrace. By bus and train, it takes just 13 minutes from the stop to reach the city center, where the famous documenta art exhibition takes place. The stop is only a 10-minute walk away. The accommodations are located in a new development area currently under construction.
