Clean and spacious good value accommodation with few nuances.

Automatic Light at Hall between rooms is annoying. Especially when the backyard of opposite Gasthaus is facing you And People are spending evening outside. They can see straight in from the door window. Please put a curtain on the Door window, to get some privacy when going to bathroom.

Die Angaben im Inserat entsprachen nicht der tatsächlichen Situation.

NICHTS.

Nach unserer langen Anreise von Berlin nach Bad Aibling mussten wir leider feststellen, dass die Unterkunft überhaupt nicht den Bildern und der Beschreibung im Inserat entsprach. Direkt hinter dem Haus befand sich eine Baustelle, auf der den ganzen Tag mit großem Lärm gearbeitet wurde. Im Inserat wurde diese Baustelle mit keinem Wort erwähnt. Als ich Frau Koller fragte, warum sie darauf nicht hingewiesen hatte, antwortete sie nur, dass wir tagsüber sowieso unterwegs seien und die Bauarbeiter abends nicht mehr arbeiten würden. Eine solche Antwort hat mich sehr schockiert. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr klein und beengt. Küche, Essbereich und Wohnzimmer waren in einem einzigen kleinen Raum untergebracht. Die Fenster waren klein und boten keinerlei schöne Aussicht. Stattdessen blickte man direkt auf das Dach des Nachbarhauses. Auf den Bildern im Internet entsteht der Eindruck, dass es sich um ein freistehendes Haus handelt. Tatsächlich ist das Gebäude jedoch auf allen vier Seiten von anderen Häusern umgeben. Auch der angebliche Balkon war eine große Enttäuschung. Vor dem Wohnungseingang befand sich lediglich ein kleiner Bereich, der vollständig mit Brettern verschlossen war. Als ich Frau Koller fragte, wo sich der Balkon oder die Terrasse befindet, zeigte sie auf diesen kleinen Platz und erklärte, die Bretter seien angebracht worden, damit die Nachbarn nicht gestört werden. Mit einem Balkon oder einer Terrasse hatte dieser Bereich jedoch nichts gemeinsam. Wegen des Baulärms, der irreführenden Beschreibung und der gesamten Situation sind wir noch am selben Abend wieder abgereist. Ein Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft war für uns unzumutbar. Trotzdem behielt Frau Koller 100 Euro ein und hat uns diesen Betrag bis heute nicht zurückerstattet. Wir sind schon sehr viel gereist und haben viele Ferienunterkünfte besucht. Eine derart enttäuschende Erfahrung und eine so irreführende Darstellung der Unterkunft haben wir bisher noch nie erlebt.

Incantevole appartamento a Bad Aibling

Tutto. L’appartamento è nuovissimo, super pulito e confortevole. La cucina è dotata di elettrodomestici di alta qualità e di tutto il necessario per cucinare. Siamo stati divinamente. Comodissimo anche per passeggiate a piedi o in bicicletta sulla pista ciclabile che passa a poche centinaia di metri.
