About this house rental
Our 40 m² studios feature a bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchenette, and a dining and living area with a pull-out couch. They also include a 250-300 m² private garden with direct access to the garden pond, as well as a private sauna or a hot tub under the starry sky.
Our studios feature an earthy, modern design. Here, too, we’ve used an eco-friendly and
sustainable timber-frame construction, which creates a particularly pleasant indoor climate. The building’s modern design is also reflected in the interior. Our studios are equipped with air conditioning and feature a cozy living area with a 43-inch TV, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a rain shower and a separate toilet. The studios feature a kitchen equipped with a 2-burner stove, a microwave with convection and grill functions, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, high-quality tableware, and wine glasses. From the terrace, complete with a tabletop grill, you can overlook the entire garden lake and enjoy the sweeping view all the way to the Ötscher. The private themed garden is dreamy, romantic, and beautifully designed, offering either a sauna or an open-air hot tub—just the right setting to enjoy time together.
