Absolutely exceptional! Häuslerhof App Tilia was one of the highlights of our entire Italian holiday and a genuinely wonderful place to experience the Dolomites.
The apartment was beautifully appointed, spacious, exceptionally comfortable and brilliantly equipped. The beds and bedding were excellent, the kitchen facilities were fantastic, and there was easily enough room to accommodate six people comfortably. Everything felt thoughtfully designed to make the stay enjoyable.
The setting was simply magnificent. Breathtaking mountain views, beautifully maintained gardens and lush green fields where dairy cows grazed, with the gentle sound of their cowbells drifting through the crisp alpine air. It was peaceful, picturesque and wonderfully atmospheric. Exactly the sort of authentic mountain experience we'd hoped for.
The location also made an excellent base for exploring the Dolomites, with fantastic sightseeing and hiking opportunities accessible by car. While the property is some distance from town and a vehicle is really essential, we considered this part of its appeal. The tranquillity and scenery were well worth it.
Our hosts were also excellent. When we experienced a minor issue with the heating, they responded promptly and had everything working perfectly by the time we returned from a day of hiking. It was a great example of attentive and reliable hospitality.
We absolutely loved staying here and would return without hesitation. Stunning surroundings, exceptional accommodation and wonderful hospitality. A very well-deserved 10/10!
Almost nothing! The heating wasn't working properly on our first night, which made the apartment a little cooler than expected. However, the building is so well insulated that it wasn't particularly uncomfortable, and our hosts promptly resolved the issue after we contacted them. We returned from a day of hiking to a beautifully warm apartment.
The only practical consideration is the distance from town. A car is essential, but for us, the peaceful location and magnificent surroundings were a major part of the appeal rather than a disadvantage.

Michaela ist eine super nette Vermieterin, der Kontakt war absolut unkompliziert. Wir wurden mit einem kleinen Willkommensgeschenk begrüßt und haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und schön warm. Die Lage ist traumhaft, schnell erreicht man den Kronplatz und alle Langlaufregionen.
