About this apartment rental
Beautifully decorated apartment located in downtown Fergus Falls. Two bedroom, 1 bath located above retail furniture store. Just steps from the scenic Riverwalk, great shopping, coffee shops and restaurants. Next door to A Center for the Arts for the culture seekers. Directly across the street from the brand new Otter Cove children’s museum! Fun for the whole family!

Spacious two bedroom apartment overlooking the main business street in Fergus Falls. The bathroom is accessed through the second bedroom. Private entrance to the apartment is just up a flight of steps.
Other things to note
Parking on Lincoln Ave is permitted during the day with easy access to the apartment . Reserved overnight parking just for you located behind the apartment.

This was what we were looking for in an option that was not a hotel. It was just perfect for our time in Fergus Falls. A heat wave and then smoke from a fire up North rolled in and we were beyond comfortable in the apartment. Having access to the downtown area was great and by 10:30 we didn't hear a noise. It was well after 7:00 a.m. before downtown traffic could be heard. We were able to stay comfy with the AC provided despite the almost 100 degree weather. This was one of the first non-hotel lodging options we tried and it went smoothly. Talked to Keith and he advised us on a lot of the attractions in the area.

Stayed here during a business trip. It was way better than staying in a hotel. Clean, comfortable and homey. Will definitely stay here again if I have to travel to Fergus Falls in the future.
