Breakfast very good. Pool and sun deck were good for a city centre hotel. Location is great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Christina and Alejandro in particular were very helpful.
First apartment we were offered was very dark with very little daylight. We asked to change and were given a much brighter room overlooking the Plaza.

Great location, comfortable, excellent breakfast and friendly staff.
The room could have been cleaner.

Gorgeous breakfast and and lovely modern room with lovely decor and gorgeous bathroom.
Hotel bar and restaurant and lobby really beautiful.
Sofa bed very small for 2 kids and made the room feel very crowded for the price.
Swimming pool very small and we never managed to get a space to sit as it was always full of people.
We left our sons phone in the room which they kindly sent to us but it never arrived - not sure what happened.

They want to charge me for a burn made to the sofa. I never used the iron for a one night stay.
