The location on Candlewood Lake is fantastic! The kitchen is tiny and could use a restocking of different sized pots and pans, etc. But the owner was very receptive and quick to replace items I mentioned were missing. He next-day delivered steak knives and measuring cups. We experienced an extreme weather event while there that knocked down trees and power lines, so had no electricity for a couple days, but Chris checked on us and sent landscapers to clear the trees as soon as possible. I forgot all my bathing suits at the house and he arranged to have the cleaners put them aside for me which was much appreciated. All in all we had a great vacation at this property!
