Nice location, great beach. The staff are exceptionally friendly and polite
Rooms are outdated and feels already worn as general feeling. Closet smelled moldy, cleanliness in the shower room doesn't meet the standard of allegedly 5-star hotel.

Amazing location and very professional and friendly staff. They make you feel that you are an important and valued guest.
I also really appreciated that there is no favoritism toward foreigners or locals. Everyone is treated equally and with the same level of respect and care.

* Top Management: For creating and maintaining such a great service culture. I know that establishing and implementing this kind of culture takes a lot of effort.
* Reception: Ms. Heba and Mr. Ziad.
* Restaurant & F&B: Mr. Hazem, Mr. Rabiea, and all the other staff. Special thanks to one of the team members at the beach bar who helped me, although unfortunately I don’t know his name.
* All other staff: Thank you to everyone working at the beach, reception, housekeeping, and the gate for their kindness and professionalism.
Overall, a great experience, and I truly appreciate the effort of the entire team.
The staff are very friendly, caring, and attentive. However, sometimes it can feel a little uncomfortable when you feel that everyone is focusing on you. Finding the right balance between good service and giving guests enough personal space is important.
The hotel also needs more shade trees. There are many palm trees, but they do not provide much shade, which makes walking around the hotel in the morning quite difficult, especially when the sun is strong.
The food also needs more variety, especially compared with other 5-star hotels. The grill section, in particular, should offer more options than just two items.

Our experience was very good. The Front Desk and Guest Relations teams were extremely welcoming and helpful. They arranged a lovely gesture for us on the occasion of my wife’s birthday, which was a thoughtful touch and made the experience even more special.
At the end of our holiday, when they learned that I had encountered a problem, the Front Office Manager personally met with me and listened carefully to my concerns. The team made a genuine effort to find a solution and ensure that I left the hotel feeling happy and satisfied.
Although I was still unhappy with the final outcome, what mattered most to me was their sincere effort to address my concerns and make things right. Their willingness to listen, understand, and help demonstrated a high level of professionalism and care, and I truly valued that attitude.
In my opinion, when the hotel is busy, the management seems to struggle to maintain the same level of service that we experienced on the night of our visit, following the hotel's opening time afeq years ago.
That evening, there were technical issues with the sound system, and the team spent approximately 40 minutes trying to fix them. Unfortunately, the volume was extremely loud and disturbing, to the point that it caused us headaches.
What disappointed me most was that I personally raised the issue with the staff and explained that testing the speakers at 10:00 PM was inappropriate, as it disturbed guests who were already sleeping.
My 19-month-old daughter was asleep in the room with her grandfather when the loud noise woke her up. She became extremely distressed and cried for quite some time. Meanwhile, my wife and I were trying to enjoy a special evening and celebrate her birthday, but the noise completely disrupted the experience and caused us considerable discomfort.
I believe that technical issues can happen at any hotel, but the way they are handled makes all the difference. Testing sound equipment late at night, without sufficient consideration for the comfort of other guests, is simply unacceptable. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that such situations are handled more professionally in the future, especially during busy periods.
A hotel’s quality is not measured only by how well it performs when things are running smoothly, but also by how effectively it manages unexpected problems while protecting the comfort and well-being of its guests.
