The check-in process still needs some work… I appreciate them trying to streamline it but I had to bounce between several different kiosks and eventually ask for help to get my key.

The room at Sentral Old Town was generally clean and comfortable. However, there were noticeable stains on both the carpet and the couch, which took away from the overall experience. While the room appeared to be well maintained otherwise, the carpet and furniture could definitely use a deep cleaning or replacement.
