This is amazing place however I went during Eid and there was no staff. So I don’t recommend during Eid season. It was no staff during that time. Other than that this place is amazing.

I was there in April 2026. The camp is enjoyable for 1 night. I wouldn't stay longer than 1 night. The food at night was disappointing. The pool area was nice on a sunny day. Breakfast very simple. Tent was good.

8 / 10

Reception staff including Moussa were very helpful. Restaurant service depended on server. Pool bar service was very slow. Property location and rooms were spectacular.

1 / 10

Terrible service, a very transactional driven hotel with no sense for client satisfaction. I had booked a balloon service however I got sick the day of, and the hotel management instead of rescheduling my tour, decided to take my money with no option to reschedule. Front desk needs to be trained for better hospitality manners. At the end, I lost almost 300 dollars, and when I asked Mgmt if I could get a credit in the restaurant or spa, they refused. So the hotel, is more important to collect money rather than guests having a memorable experience.
