Charming family owned house with excellent location

My husband, 8 month old baby, my parents and I just got back from spending little over a week at Andrés' and his family's house. We very much enjoyed our stay in this charming house. -The owner Andrés is so friendly and professional, and made us feel at home right away. The correspondence via WhatsApp was very effective. He was very helpful assisting us with recommendations about places to visit by car, parking spots for our rental car and booking the taxi to the airport. -The location is excellent: the beach walk is literally less than 1 minute walk from the house leading to many small and charming restaurants/cafés and a lovely playground just nearby, and Palma de Mallorca approx. 25 minutes walk away (Palma can also easily be reached by bus no. 35), and the airport is just 10 minutes drive from the house. -The weather was rather cold during our visit (14-17 degrees celsius with only some sun) but we used the lovely patio during the few sunny hours - can only imagine how nice it is during spring/summer. The house was a bit cold when we arrived but was effectively heated by the AC, some transportable radiators and a fire in the fireplace :) -As is shown on the pictures the house has stone floors. We used the cot for our baby to play in during the time we were at home, as she is just learning to stand. This worked very well, and spared us adults from nervously walking behind her all the time.

Sehr schnelle und gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Die Lage ist sehr nah zum Meer. Wir sind von dort auch zu Fuß in die Stadt gelaufen. Öffentliche Parkplätze waren immer vorhanden. Internet/Wlan hat wunderbar funktioniert.
