About this cottage rental
Change over day is Saturday. The property is situated in the heart of Dartmouth on a secluded terrace off Browns Hill Steps, one of the original stepped entrances to Dartmouth. Purchased by the current owners in 2013, the property has undergone an extensive refurbishment to an extremely high standard. The accommodation comprises a modern, open plan living and kitchen area on the ground floor. On the first floor you will find a roomy double bedroom with en-suite shower room, and a modern, family bathroom. The twin bedroom on the second floor enjoys views over the rooftops of Dartmouth to the Castle and Kingswear. The cottage is fully centrally heated and is moments away from Dartmouth’s unique shops, galleries, restaurants, and the stunning River Dart estuary. Wireless broadband is provided free of charge. We provide a yearly parking pass for Dartmouth Park and Ride for your convenience. Please note that, although the Park and Ride car park is open all year, the shuttle bus service only runs during peak season and for certain events in the town. We recommend checking the specific dates and times in advance. When the shuttle is not running, you can use the main bus service, which operates all year round with pick up and drop off on the Embankment.

Everything about this property was perfect for us! From arrival instructions, parking, and our weeks stay. A lovely welcome in the kitchen on arrival of cream tea, bottle of wine and milk provided. Extras of some cleaning equipment and tea towels! The property was spotless! The area where the property was situated was excellent. Yes, a few steps, so agree with those having mobility problems. Otherwise, in town centre where you can, go on boat trips, steam railway, walks, plenty of options to eating out! Thank you for a perfect stay, the weather was good for us and we will return again!

Wonderful place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, with the river, shops and restaurants a minute or two away. Yet the location was tucked away and peaceful. The steps up Browns Hill for us added to the charm and character of the place. We loved every minute of our stay
